摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,以Mg(CH_3COO)_2·4H_2O为原料,草酸为络合剂和酸性试剂,从晶体形成机理入手,详细研究了不同粒径立方纳米氧化镁的制备工艺。采用XRD和SEM分别表征了纳米氧化镁的结构和形貌。结果表明,通过改变工艺条件可以制备出粒度可控的纳米氧化镁,反应温度是影响纳米氧化镁粒度与形貌的关键因素。The preparation process of cubic nanometer magnesium oxide with different particle sizes was studied in detail by using Sol-Gel method,Mg(CH 3COO)2·4H 2O as raw material and oxalic acid as complexing agent and acid reagent.The structure and morphology of nano-MgO were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that nano-magnesium oxide with controlled grain size can be prepared by changing the process conditions.The reaction temperature is the key factor that affects the size and morphology of nano-MgO.
