摘　　要：本文介绍了高清互动技术原理及本地系统架构原理,并结合网络实际情况,指出了网络中遇到的故障并现场分析,提出疑问并深入探讨相应的解决办法,对提高技术人员的安装维护服务水平,能及时响应、快速处理用户故障有一定的实践意义。This paper introduces HD interactive technologies and the local system architecture.Combined with the actual situation of the network,it analyzes the problems encountered in the network,raises the questions and probes into corresponding solutions.It is of practical significance to improve the service level of technical personnel,for responding and dealing with user problem promptly and quickly.
