摘  要:采用Mo中上限、Cr中下限的成分设计,采取严格控制钢中非金属夹杂物,减少钢中T.O、S及Ti含量,增大初道次压下量消除锭型偏析等工艺措施,开发生产了锥齿轮用22CrMoH2钢。质量分析表明,钢材成分均匀,淬透性满足要求,锭型偏析0~1.0级,晶粒度7.5~8.5级,各类夹杂物≤1.5级,锥齿轮渗碳热处理后变形量综合合格率92.55%,各项技术指标满足协议要求。Adopting the composition design of Mo for middle upper limit and Cr for middle lower limit,at the same time,taking some process measure such as strictly controlling nonmetallic inclusions in steel,reducing the T.O,S and Ti contents and increasing the first pass rolling reduction to eliminate pattern segregation,22CrMoH2 steel for bevel gear was developed and produced.The quality analysis showed that the steel composition is uniform,hardenability meets the requirements,the pattern segregation is grade 0-1.0,the grain size is grade 7.5-8.5 and various kinds of inclusions is less than grade 1.5.Comprehensive qualified rate of deformation of bevel gear after carburizing heat treatment is 92.55%.All technical specifications meet the requirements of the agreement.
