摘　　要：青特钢采用LD转炉→LF精炼炉→RH真空脱气→CC连铸→轧制工艺开发生产了N80级石油套管用38Mn2V管坯钢,为保证质量,对38Mn2V圆钢产品进行了检验分析,结果表明,产品尺寸满足标准1组精度要求,氧氮氢含量较低,奥氏体晶粒度9.5级,表面质量较好,化学成分、夹杂物、低倍指标等均满足客户要求。38Mn2V round tube blank with grade N80 for oil casing was developed and produced by the process route of LD→LF→RH→CC→rolling in Qingdao Special Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.In order to ensure the quality,the 38Mn2V round steel products are tested and analyzed.The results showed that the product size meets standard group 1 precision requirements;the contents of oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen are comparatively low;the austenite grain size is grade 9.5;the surface quality is good and the chemical composition,inclusion and macrography indicators etc.all meet customer requirements.
