摘　　要：利用加热炉项目改造机会将支撑梁水冷却循环改为汽化冷却循环,并配置安装1套蒸汽余热发电机组,将汽化冷却循环产生的余热蒸汽有效循环利用,并对系统改造前后进行了详细的成本及效益分析。The opportunity of the heating furnace transformation is used to change the support beam water cooling cycle to a vaporization cooling cycle.And a set of steam waste heat generating units is installed to effectively recycle the waste heat steam generated by the vaporization cooling cycle.The detailed cost and benefit before and after the system transformation were analyzed.
