摘 要:莱钢型钢炼钢厂原有加料工艺多为一次性加入大量散装料,易引起钢水温度骤降及钢水喷溅现象。新型散装料均匀布料自动化控制系统是通过在转炉冶炼期间按照时间百分比、料重百分比、频率等参数分批次加入特定原料(例如烧结矿),实现温度的稳控、优质钢水的冶炼,保证了物料分布的均匀性,避免喷溅。In the past,in the feeding procedure of steel smelting mills,a large amount of bulk materials was added mostly in one-time,which easily causes the suddenly temperature drop of molten steel and is easy to splash.The new automatic control system for bulk material uniform distribution is based on the percentage of time during the smelting of the converter.The parameters such as percentage of material weight and frequency are added to specific raw materials(such as sinter)in batches to achieve stable temperature control and smelting of high-quality molten steel,it can ensure uniformity of material distribution and avoid splashing.
