摘　　要：为提高不锈钢炼钢效率和生产质量,提出了不锈钢炼钢生产实时数据管理系统的设计思路和设计原则,在以太网络基础上,完成了该系统的技术架构,具有数字式、双向、串行、多主通信的特点,该系统的应用,平均每月提高产量1万t左右,平均吨钢成本降低12元左右。In order to improve the efficiency of stainless steel steelmaking and production quality,the design thought and design principle of the real-time data management system for stainless steel steelmaking production are put forward.On the basis of Ethernet,the technical framework of the system is completed with the characteristics of digital,bi-directional,serial and multiple master communications.With the application of the system,the average output was increased by about 10 000 tons per month,and the average cost of steel could be reduced by about 12 Yuan.
