摘　　要：全球化经济不断高速发展,整个世界不断增强对于能源的需求。石油资源非常丰富,为了加强开发海洋石油资源,需要在海上设置石油钻井和采油平台,铺设海底管线。海底管线铺设需要满足节能减排的需求,实现双赢。The global economy continues to develop rapidly and the entire world continues to increase its demand for energy.There are also abundant oil resources.In order to strengthen the development of offshore oil resources,it is necessary to set up oil drilling and oil production platforms at sea and lay submarine pipelines.The laying of submarine pipelines needs to meet the needs of energy conservation and emission reduction and achieve a win-win situation.
