摘  要:针对缠绕式换热器的热力计算目前尚无统一标准的问题,研究了缠绕管式换热器设计计算时设计参数的选择与确定,得出:对于物性随温度变化显著的流体,需对换热器的传热面积进行分段计算得出,对于物性随温度变化不大的场合,无需分段处理,采用常见的平均温差法来确定计算即可;壳侧流道间隙和流通面积的计算方法有多种,选择时需与待用的流动、换热关联式相匹配,进而才能精准地进行热力计算,对于缠绕管式换热器的设计计算具有实际的指导意义。In view of the problem that there is no unified standard in the thermodynamic calculation of the winding heat exchanger,the selection and determination of the design parameters for the design and calculation of the winding tube heat exchanger are studied.It is concluded that the heat transfer area of the heat exchanger should be calculated by piecewise calculation for the fluid with significant change in the temperature of the heat exchanger and the change of the physical property with the temperature.There is no need for piecewise treatment.The common average temperature difference method is used to determine the calculation.There are many calculation methods for the gap and circulation area of the shell side channel.The selection of the flow and heat transfer correlations should be matched when selected.Then the thermal calculation can be carried out accurately,and the design and calculation of the winding tube heat exchanger can be calculated.It has practical guiding significance.
