摘  要:离子膜电解槽制氯碱工艺已成为现阶段普遍采用的工艺技术,气缸系统作为一个较为常用的设备,对电解工艺过程稳定性具有直接的影响,同时实现低能耗的工艺过程,也是未来研发的方向。因此,针对于气缸系统以往采用的电磁阀控制能耗高和存在漏气的情况,优化为气控阀门,解决了现场存在的问题。设计的新型节能电解槽气缸能达到预期的设计目的,具有稳定、安全和节能的特点。The process of making chlor alkali by ion membrane electrolyzer has become a widely used technology at the present stage.As a more commonly used equipment,cylinder system has a direct influence on the stability of electrolysis process.At the same time,the process of low energy consumption is realized,and it is also the direction of future research and development.Therefore,in the light of the high energy consumption and leakage of the solenoid valve used in the cylinder system,the gas control valve is optimized to solve the existing problems in the field.The new type of energy saving electrolytic cell cylinder can achieve the desired design purpose and has the characteristics of stability,safety and energy saving.
