摘 要:铝及其合金的磷化工艺是一个多步骤的过程,需经过脱脂除油、碱洗、酸洗、吹干、打磨除锈、磷化、水洗、干燥工艺较复杂,能耗较高,工作环境差,并且磷化膜的耐蚀性较差。原位磷化技术是将铝合金的磷化处理、有机涂层的涂覆这两步处理工序结合起来同时完成,节省了自然资源,减少有毒物质的排放。The phosphating process of aluminum alloys is a multi-step process,which requires oil removal,alkali washing,acid washing,blowing,rust removal,phosphating,rinsing and drying.The process is complex,energy consumption is high,working environment is poor,and the corrosion resistance of phosphating film is poor.In situ phosphating technique is the aluminum alloy phosphating coating combined with organic coating,in one step in the process to complete the coating process of multistep tasks at the same time.The results showed that the processes were shortened;the cost and the pollution were reduced.
