摘　　要：建立脑络通胶囊中盐酸托哌酮的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.2%三乙胺(25∶75)(用磷酸调节pH值至3.5±0.1);检测波长∶UV261nm;进样量∶10μl;流速∶1.0mL/min;柱温∶35℃。结果表面,在0.251 72~0.755 16 mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9999;盐酸托哌酮平均回收率为99.05%;方法稳定性符合要求。结论 :本方法简便快捷,分离度好,结果准确可靠。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of tolperisone hydrochloride in Naoluotong Capsule.Methods:The HPLC method was used.The column was C18 column(150×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%triethylamine(25:75)(pH was adjusted to 3.5±0.1 with phosphoric acid).Detection wavelength:UV261nm;Injection volume:10ul;Flow rate:1.0ml/min;Column temperature:35℃.The results showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.25172 mg/ml to 0.75516 mg/ml.The linear correlation coefficient was r=0.9999.The average recovery of tolperidone hydrochloride was 99.05%.The stability of the method was in accordance with the requirements.Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid,with good resolution and accurate and reliable results.
