摘　　要：总结了L-丝氨酸分离提取过程中常用的方法,如纸层析法、离子交换法、等点电位沉淀法、膜分离法,介绍了各种方法的基本原理、特点和发展动态。The common methods used in the separation and extraction process of L-serine,such as paper chromatography,ion exchange,isopoint potential precipitation and membrane separation,are introduced.The basic principles,characteristics and development trends of various methods are introduced.
