摘 要:结合我国地理环境方面的情况分析,可以了解我国西北地区属于相对较为严寒的区域,由于此类环境因素的影响造成了西北地区的工业企业在给排水系统的设计以及建设过程,需要考虑采取兼顾安全稳定性以及经济成本的技术手段,从而有效地处理好管道和设备的抗严寒问题,从而保障工业企业能够良好有效的运行。结合宁夏参进宁宇达冶金有限公司4×27 000kVA硅锰矿热炉尾气回收利用项目的设计经验,对环境相对严寒的区域工业领域给排水设计要点展开合理的分析。According to the analysis of the situation of China’s geographical environment,we can understand that the northwest region of our country belongs to the relatively cold region.Because of the influence of such environmental factors,the design and construction process of the industrial enterprises in the northwest of China in the water supply and drainage system need to be taken into consideration to take account of the safety and stability and the economic cost.The technical means can effectively deal with the problem of cold resistance of pipelines and equipment,so as to ensure the good and effective operation of industrial enterprises.This article combined with the design experience of the 4×27000kVA silicon manganese ore heat furnace tail gas recovery and utilization project of Ningxia Shen Yuda Metallurgy Co.,Ltd.,and analyses the main points of water supply and drainage design in the area of relatively cold environment.
