摘 要:盐膏层钻井是目前国内外钻井重大技术难题之一,在盐膏层地层进行钻井作业,会面临诸多挑战:井壁失稳、起下钻遇阻、卡钻、套管挤压等复杂事故,因此在含盐膏层地层尤其是深部盐膏层地层进行钻井作业,无疑是更加严峻的考验。结合楚探1井深部盐膏层钻井实际情况介绍了盐膏层的性质和钻井风险,从钻井液技术和钻井工程技术两个方面介绍了应对此地层的技术措施。Salt paste drilling is one of the major technical difficulties in drilling at home and abroad.Drilling operations in the salt paste layer will face many challenges:complex failures such as borehole instability,drag-down resistance,stuck drilling,casing extrusion,etc.Therefore,it is undoubtedly a more severe test to carry out drilling operations in the salt-bearing layer,especially in the deep salt layer.The article introduces the nature of the salt layer and the drilling risk in combination with the actual drilling situation of the deep salt layer in Chujing 1 well.The technical measures for this formation should be introduced from the aspects of drilling fluid technology and drilling engineering technology.
