摘　　要：抽油机井在油田上有千万台,调平衡是项经常性的工作,调平衡的效率也就需要提高,针对平衡块狗牙螺丝在拆卸和安装时由于螺栓随着螺帽转动,无法顺利完成这一段的工作,影响生产,影响产量。根据所有抽油机狗牙螺栓都是46螺帽的共同的特点,制作此工具。经过多年的应用结果表明,该工具虽然不大,可是在提高调平衡的效率上却有特别显著的作用,且减少了劳动强度。Pumping wells have tens of millions of wells in the oil field,balance adjustment is a regular work,and the efficiency of balance adjustment needs to be improved.For the balance block dog screw in disassembly and installation,because the bolt is rotating with the screw cap,it can not successfully complete this section of the work,affecting production,that is,the impact of production.According to the common characteristics of all the bolts of the pumping unit,which are all 46 nuts,make this tool.The results of years of application show that although the tool is not large,it is particularly significant in improving the efficiency of balance adjustment and reduces the labor intensity.
