摘  要:为比较戊巴比妥钠对雌性小鼠初级听皮层(primary auditory cortex,A1)兴奋性神经元与小清蛋白(parvalbumin,PV)抑制性神经元的影响,采用30只成年雌性C57BL/6J小鼠,通过腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠结合在体细胞贴附式方式,记录A1中两类神经元在雌性小鼠麻醉前后声诱发动作电位的变化。结果表明,在戊巴比妥钠麻醉过程中,兴奋性神经元动作电位发放数逐渐减少直至完全消失,随着戊巴比妥钠药力的逐渐消退,动作电位发放数又逐渐恢复。PV抑制性神经元动作电位发放数虽有减少,但并未完全消失。同时,兴奋性神经元平均延时变化量大于PV抑制性神经元平均延时变化量。两类神经元动作电位发放数和延时变化量的不同说明雌性小鼠A1中的兴奋性神经元相对于PV抑制性神经元对戊巴比妥钠的敏感性更强,即戊巴比妥钠对雌性小鼠A1中兴奋性神经元和PV抑制性神经元有选择性作用。To compare the effects of pentobarbital sodium on excitatory neurons and parvalbumin(PV)inhibitory neurons in the primary auditory cortex(A1)of female mice.Thirty adult female C57BL/6J mice were used to record the changes of tone-evoked spike responses of two kinds of neurons in the A1 region by loose-patch recordings before and after pentobarbital sodium anesthesia.The results show that during the anesthesia of pentobarbital sodium,the spike counts of excitatory neurons gradually decrease,and then almost disappeare.With the waning of pentobarbital sodium potency,the spike counts recover gradually.The spike counts of PV inhibitory neurons decrease,but it does not disappear completely.At the same time,the average latency difference of excitatory neurons is larger than PV inhibitory neurons.The diversity of spike counts and latency difference between two kinds of neurons indicate that excitatory neurons are more sensitive than PV inhibitory neurons in the A1 region of female mice to pentobarbital sodium.That is,pentobarbital sodium has selective effects on excitatory neurons and PV inhibitory neurons in the A1 region of female mice.
