摘  要:根据亚胺氮原子所连基团的种类,三氟乙亚胺酰氯可分为N-芳基三氟乙亚胺酰氯和N-烷基三氟乙亚胺酰氯。针对目前关于N-烷基三氟乙亚胺酰氯化学性质研究仍处于空白阶段的现状,研究对比N-芳基三氟乙亚胺酰氯的化学性质,在亲核取代反应、过渡金属催化偶联反应等方面考察N-烷基三氟乙亚胺酰氯的反应活性。实验结果表明,N-烷基三氟乙亚胺酰氯的化学性质不活泼,反应活性类似于氯代烯烃,不能与亲核试剂直接发生化学反应,但在过渡金属催化下可与多种化学试剂发生偶联反应。最后,在电子因素方面对两种三氟乙亚胺酰氯化学活性的差异进行了分析。There are two kinds of trifluoroacetimidoyl chlorides for the different substituents which connect to nitrogen atom on the imine:N-aryl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride and N-alkyl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride.N-aryl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride can work as starting material to synthesize various fluorinated heteroarene for its lively chemical properties.But so far,the research on chemical properties of N-alkyl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride is on the initial stage.Compared with N-aryl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride,the chemical reactivity of N-alkyl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride on nucleophilic substitutions,transition metals catalyzed coupling reactions was tested in this paper.The results show that the chemical properties of N-alkyl trifluoroacetimidoyl chloride are not active,and its reactive activity is similar to that of olefine chlorides,it can’t react with the nucleophilic reagent directly,but it can react with some chemical reagents in the presence of transition metals.At last,the different reactivity of the two kinds of trifluoroacrtimidoyl chlorides is analyzed.
