摘 要:采用回转直径为400 mm的单颗PCBN磨粒对AISI 1045钢进行磨削实验。使用Kistler 9119AA2型三维测力仪实时测量磨削力,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察工件表面质量和磨削形态。研究了磨削工艺参数对磨削力的影响规律,并就磨削速度对表面质量的影响进行了分析。结果表明:磨削工艺参数对磨削力有显著的影响,磨削力随磨削线速度增大而减小,随磨削深度增大而增大,随磨粒前角增大而减小;磨削线速度越大,工件表面质量越好,毛刺越少;负前角单颗磨粒磨屑形态主要有卷曲形和螺旋形两种。The single abrasive grinding wheel with a diameter of 400 mm was employed in the process of grinding AISI 1045 steel at various grinding parameters.The grinding force was monitored by Kistler 9119AA2 three-dimensional dynamometer,the surface quality and the chip morphology were observed with a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The influences of grinding parameters on grinding force were studied,and the effects of grinding speed on surface quality and chip morphology were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that:grinding parameters have a significant influence on grinding force,grinding force increases with grinding depth,but decreases with the increase in grinding velocity and cutting angle of abrasives;normally,the faster the grinding speed,the more qualified the workpiece surface,and the less presence of the burr;negative rake angle induces two types of chip morphology,curly and spiral.
