摘 要:以Amberlyst-36强酸性离子交换树脂为催化剂,气相催化乙酸和乙醇酯化合成乙酸乙酯,考察了气化温度、反应温度、原料配比、进料速度、催化剂装填量对反应的影响。确定最佳的反应条件为:气化温度130℃、反应温度115℃、催化剂装填量31.5m L、醋酸乙醇的物质的量比1.47∶1、进料速度3.4m L/min。在此最佳工艺条件下,乙醇转化率达93.5%以上,乙酸乙酯选择性100%,时空收率达3114.8g/(L·h)。Ethyl acetate was synthesized by evapor phase esterification of acetic acid and ethanol with strong acid resin Amberlyst-36 as catalyst,and the effects of gasification and reaction temperatures,the ratio of reactants,feed rate and catalyst loading on the reaction were investigated.The optimum process conditions were determined as follows:the gasification temperature of 130℃,the reaction temperature of 115℃,the catalyst loading of 31.5mL,the ratio of acetic acid to ethanol of 1.47:1,and the feed rate of 3.4mL/min.Under above conditions,the conversion of ethanol,the selectivity of ethyl acetate and the spactime yield were above 93.5%,100%and 3114.8g/(L*h),respectively.
