摘  要:对配套壳牌粉煤气化制氢的两种典型变换工艺流程进行介绍,并对其技术特点进行分析,在此基础上将饱和塔和热水塔有机的嵌入到典型变换工艺流程中,开发出了节能型的饱和热水塔变换工艺。该工艺具有中压蒸汽消耗低、低位余热回收彻底、技术成熟可靠等特点,为设计单位在配套壳牌粉煤气化制氢的变换工艺设计及选择提供参考。Two types of CO shift process for hydrogen preparation via Shell pulverized coal gasification and their technical characteristics were reviewed.On this basis,saturator and hot water tower were organically embeded into the typical CO shift process,generating a new type of energy-saving CO shift process with saturated hot water tower included.This process has the advantages of low consumption of medium pressure steam,total recovery of low-level wasted heat,and maturity and reliability in technology,and will be the reference for similar CO shift engineering design.
