摘 要:针对吊箱式水文缆道在吊箱升降过程中,高空输电索与吊箱之间的供电电缆无法规则收放而在空中随意扭曲缠绕的难题,研究设计了一种以旋转及导向机构为核心电缆收放机构。该机构以电缆拉力、悬吊索拉力、自身重力的合力为动力源,将旋转机构沿导轨的直线运动转换为电缆卷筒的旋转运动,从而实现电缆跟随吊箱升降同步收放。通过对电缆收放机构设计原理详细分析给出了机构总体设计方案,并阐述了旋转机构和导向机构的设计方案以及详细工作过程,最后给出一些重要参数的确定过程。In order to solve the problem that the cable,between high-altitude transmission line and hoisting box,can not be collected and rewound freely in the air,during the hoisting and descending process of the hanging box hydrological cableway,a kind of cable collecting machine with rotating and guiding mechanism is designed.The mechanism uses the resultant force of cable tension,suspension cable tension and self-gravity as the power source to converts the linear motion of the rotating mechanism along the guide rail to the rotary motion of the cable drum so as to realize the cable to follow the hoisting and descending of the hanging box synchronously.Based on the detailed analysis of the design principle of cable retracting mechanism,the design of the rotating and guiding mechanism and the detailed working process are described.Finally,some important parameters are determined according to the overall design.
