摘 要:HAGC缸是轧机系统的重要部件,其中带载动摩擦力是HAGC缸的核心性能指标之一,是液压缸设计、制造、装配、使用水平的重要参考。目前动摩擦力测试中,一般采用磁力表架安装位移传感器测量机架变形,容易造成摔落损坏,更换检测对象时传感器要重新安装标定,不够方便。针对上述不足,提出了一种基于应变转化的HAGC缸动摩擦力测试新方法:在机架横梁内侧粘贴应变片测量机架载荷,然后由此计算出HAGC缸的带载动摩擦力。通过有限元分析确定了应变与机架载荷关系,并设计实验验证,结果表明该方法可有效解决带载动摩擦力测试问题。The HAGC cylinder is an important part of the mill system,in which the load-carrying friction is one of the indicators of HAGC cylinder core performance,and it is an important reference for design,manufacture,assembling and use of the hydraulic cylinder.At present,in the test of dynamic friction,in general,displacement sensor mounted on the magnetic gauge frame is used to measure the deformation of the frame.It is easy to cause fall damage,and it’s not convenient that sensor need to be reinstalled and adjusted when you replace the test object.In view of the above deficiencies,a new method of measuring the dynamic friction force of HAGC cylinder based on strain transformation is proposed:measure the load of the frame by pasting strain gauges in the inner side of the frame beam,and then calculate the load-carrying dynamic friction of the HAGC cylinder.The relationship between strain and frame load is determined by finite element analysis,and the experiment is designed to verify,the result shows that the method can effectively solve the problem of load-carrying dynamic friction test.
