摘  要:五轴工具磨床在多工步磨削后置处理过程中需要考虑砂轮安装位置与方向、机床运动方向定义不同等因素,难以实现正确求解。针对该问题,定义了砂轮位置偏置、砂轮安转方向和磨床运动方向调整参数,提出了一种适用于多种正交结构五轴磨床的后置求解方法。该方法先采用一种默认运动正方向建立磨床逆运动学方程,然后求解方程并根据运动方向调整参数对解进行调整,得到满足实际需求的机床运动坐标,提高了方法的通用性。基于该方法,以C#语言编写了一套工具磨床后置处理软件,并对铣刀加工刀轨进行了后置处理、仿真和实物加工验证,结果证明了该方法的正确性和高效性。In the post-processing of multi-step machining with five axis tool grinder,it is necessary to consider many factors such as the position and direction of the grinding wheel,the different definition of the machine movement direction,otherwise it is difficult to find a correct solution.In order to solve this problem,this paper defines the wheel installation position and direction,the adjustment parameters of grinder movement direction and presents a post-processing method suitable for a variety of orthogonal structure five axis grinder.In this method,the inverse kinematics equation of the grinder which improves the versatility of the method is established by defining the default of positive direction.And the machine tool movement coordinates satisfying the requirements can be obtained by solving the equation and adjusting the solution according to the movement direction adjustment parameters.Based on this method,a set of post processing software for tool grinder is written in C#language,with which the cutter location data is exchanged.And the simulation result shows that the method is correct and efficient.
