摘 要:针对重型柴油机用风冷式中冷器冷却能力不足,发动机进气温度偏高的问题,利用Pro/E软件建立中冷器内部波纹翅片的的三维模型,基于CFD仿真方法分析了翅片的结构参数对工作性能的敏感性,得到了不同厚度下的翅片换热效率和冷却空气的沿程阻力。仿真结果表明:波纹角的敏感性最强,换热效率在流道厚度为25mm处达到最大值。为了验证优化后的中冷器对发动机进气的冷却性能,在重型柴油机上进行试验测试,试验结果表明中冷器的冷却效果得到明显改善,内部空气的压降满足国标要求。For the problem that the air-cooled intercooler used in heavy-duty diesel engine has insufficient cooling capacity,which leads to the high engine intake air temperature,the parametric calculation and matching optimization process of the intercooler is designed.A three-dimensional model of the corrugated fins in the intercooler was built using Pro/E software.Based on the CFD simulation method,the sensitivity of the structural parameters of the fins to the working performance was analyzed.The heat exchange efficiency of the fins and the resistance along the cooling air are obtained at different thicknesses.The simulation results show that the sensitivity of the corrugation angle is the strongest,and the heat transfer efficiency reaches a maximum at a channel thickness of 25mm.In order to study the cooling performance of the optimized intercooler on the intake air of the engine,the test was conducted on a heavy-duty diesel engine.The test results showed that the cooling effect of the intercooler was significantly improved,and the pressure drop of the internal air satisfies the requirements of the national standard.
