摘　　要：技术市场是实现科技成果转化和高新技术产业化的重要纽带和桥梁,是沟通与促进科研开发机构与企业间知识、技术和信息流动的重要环节,建设技术市场意义重大。近年来,江苏省技术市场取得了很大的发展,但是也存在着一些问题。文章从江苏省技术市场建设的功能、意义、国外技术市场的启示等方面进行分析,剖析了江苏省技术市场建设过程中存在的问题,并提出对策和建议,以期为江苏省技术市场建设提供理论参考。Technology market is important link and bridge for realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and new and high technology industrialization.It is an important link to communicate and promote the flow of knowledge,technology and information between research and development institutions and enterprises.It is of great significance to build a technology market.In recent years,the technology market of Jiangsu province has made great progress,but there are still some problems.This paper analyzes the function,significance and the enlightenment of foreign technology market.Then,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Jiangsu technology market and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide theoretical reference for the technology market of Jiangsu province construction.
