摘　　要：观察窗玻璃在供应商交付时已是钢化状态,装配时的不当行为,诸如在玻璃上刻线,会导致钢化效果的减弱,包括装配时装配面的平面度不好,都会导致观察窗玻璃的断裂。文章从某型发动机观察窗玻璃断裂故障出发,系统阐述了观察窗玻璃从库房领出装配于发动机后的断裂原因,提出了观察窗玻璃在装配时的注意事项和相应的改进措施。This paper shoes that the observation window glass is already tempered when delivered from the supplier.The assembling improper behavior,such as engraved on the glass line,will lead to the weakening of the tempered effect,for example,assembling the plane of the assembly surface is not good,which will lead to the observation of the broken window glass.In this paper,based on the fault of the observation window glass of a certain type of engine,the fracture reasons of the observation window glass from the storehouse to the engine are expounded,and the precautions for the observation of the window glass in assembly are presented.Aimed at the problem of hazard analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
