摘 要:采用电沉积方法在碳钢表面制备了Ni-Co合金镀层,使用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析了不同沉积电流密度下制备镀层的微观形貌和元素组成,并利用极化曲线研究了Ni-Co镀层在天然海水中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,随着沉积电流密度的增加,Ni-Co合金镀层的平整度先增加后降低,镀层中镍钴比例先升高后下降。沉积电流密度为85 mA/cm^2时,Ni-Co合金镀层具有最大的极化电阻和较宽的钝化区,表现出较好的耐蚀性能。Ni-Co alloy coating was prepared using electro-deposition method on the surface of carbon steel.The microstructure and the compositions of the different coating were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope equipped with energy dispersive spectrometer.The corrosion resistance of the coating was tested in natural seawater using polarization curve.The results showed that with the increase of the current density of electro-deposition,the coating became compact with the surface smoothness increased first and then decreased,and nickel in the coating increased first and then decreased.At the current density of 85 mA/cm2 for the electroplating,The coating had the largest polarized resistance and a wide passivation zone,demonstrating good corrosion resistance.
