摘 要:为提高2A12铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜均匀性、膜厚、硬度、耐蚀性等性能,采用数字式涂层测厚仪、显微硬度计、电化学工作站和扫描电镜,分别对2A12硬质阳极氧化膜厚度、硬度、耐蚀性及微观形貌和能谱进行检测观察,分析了温度对2A12铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜性能的影响。研究结果表明,当温度为-8℃,硬质阳极氧化膜的均匀性、厚度、硬度、耐蚀性等性能最佳。To improve the uniformity,film thickness,hardness,corrosion resistance and other properties of 2A12 aluminum alloy hard anodic oxide film,the digital coating thickness gauge,micro-hardness tester,electrochemical workstation and scanning electron microscope is used to observe and measure the thickness,hardness,corrosion resistance,micro-morphology and energy spectrum of 2A12 hard anodic oxide film respectively.The effect of temperature on the performance of hard anodic oxide film of 2A12 aluminum alloy is analyzed.The results show that hard anodic oxide film has the best performance such as uniformity,thickness,hardness and corrosion resistance while the oxidation temperature is-8℃.
