黄河河口入海流路运用方式研究现状与趋势

摘　　要：介绍了黄河河口入海流路摆动情况,阐述了长期稳定、轮流行河、同时行河等几种入海流路行河方案及已有推荐成果。根据流路使用约束条件,指出稳定百年的黄河河口入海流路运用方式研究的主要内容包括:三角洲演变对黄河下游河道冲淤的反馈机制及效应、治理方案综合效益评估技术、稳定百年的流路运用方案与优化、黄河河口流路稳定百年的综合治理措施及效应,需要解决的关键科学技术问题有:黄河河口三角洲演变对其上游河道的反馈机制、流路运用方案的综合效益评估技术。最后,分析了流路运用方式研究的趋势。This article introduced the sway situation of the Yellow River channel in the estuar^^area,reviewed the operating schemes of the channel into the sea including long-term stable operation,operation in turn,operation at the same time and introduced the recommended scheme.It analyzed the constraint conditions of operating the channel and indicated the contents of research on the channel into the sea remain stable for a hundred years including:feedback mechanism and effect of the evolution of the Yellow River delta on downstream channel scouring and siltation,evaluation technology of comprehensive benefit on treatment schemes;operate scheme and optimization on the channel into the sea remain stable for a hundred years,comprehensive management measures and effect to remain the channel stable for a hundred years.The key scientific and technical issues that need to be solved including:feedback mechanism of the evolution of the Yellow River delta on upper reach,evaluation technology of comprehensive benefit on operating schemes of the channel into the sea.Finally,it presented decomposition and refinement of the research contents by focusing attention and powerful propulsion recently.
