摘  要:近年来随着黄河龙羊峡、刘家峡及青铜峡水库的调节运用,黄河宁夏河段来水来沙条件发生改变,为验证原来的河道整治工程及"黄河宁夏河段二期防洪工程可行性研究报告"中的人字垛平面布置参数设计是否适应当前的河道和水沙特点,通过模型试验、原型资料分析、实地查勘和理论计算,对工程平面布置参数进行分析,结果表明:(1)模型试验中,高山寺工程垛半径20 m和垛半径15 m(垛间距均为40 m)条件下,垛前流速、流态、断面形态、局部冲淤基本一致,垛间均未出现明显淘刷,对河势影响较小;(2)垛参数经验布置原则与河床粒径相关;(3)丁坝间距公式计算结果显示,垛的方位角为30°的前提下,垛间距与垛半径及来流方向相关,随着垛迎水面与水流夹角的增大,垛间距逐步减小。建议:当卫宁河段垛群迎水角度小于60°时,采用垛半径20 m、垛间距50 m;当垛群迎水角度大于60°时,采用垛半径20 m、垛间距40 m。The Yellow River Ningxia section in recent years with the use of regulation of the Yellow River of Longyangxia,Liujiaxia and Qingtongxia reservoirs,the conditions of coming water and sediment have been changed.In order to validate whether the original river training works and the design of plane layout parameters of herringbone-shape stacks mentioned in the Feasibility Study Report of Phase II Flood Control Project of the Yellow-River in Ningxia Section can suit the current river course and the characteristics of water and sediment,it analyzed the plane layout parameters of the engineering works through model test,prototype data analysis,field survey and theoretical calculation.The outcomes show that a)the height of 20m and the stack radius of 15 m(the spacing of the piles is 40 m)under the condition of Gaoshansi works,The flow velocity,flow pattern,cross section shape and local scour and deposition of the two schemes are basically the same.There is no obvious scour between the stacks and little effect on river trend;b)the relationship between the principle of stacking parameters and the particle size;c)the calculation results are shown by the formula of the distance between the spur dikes.The premise stack azimuth angle 30 degree under,stack space and the stack radius are related to the flow direction,with the increase of the angle between the water surface and the stack and the stack spacing decreases gradually.Suggestion:When the angle is less than 60 degrees between the stack group and water flow in Weining reach,the stack radius 20 m,stack spacing 50 m;when the angle is greater than 60 degrees between the stack group and water flow,the stack radius 20 m,stack spacing 40 m.
