摘  要:以秦岭北麓半干旱区城市河流为例,构建分布式水文模型与河段水量平衡模型,分析区域气候变化、河流上游水利工程蓄水运行及下游城市段橡胶坝蓄水调度对河流水量水质的影响,并依据不同水平年的水文模拟计算结果,制定变化环境下河流下游闸坝水量水质调控方案。研究结果表明:通过构建分布式水文模型,研究流域水文与气象要素、水库建设运行与灌溉取水等人类活动对河流水文过程的综合影响,是降低河流水资源管理风险及不确定性的有效途径之一;以下游河段水量、水质监测等数据为基础,开展变化环境下橡胶坝水量水质随机模拟与调控,制定的水量水质优化调控方案可以有效缓解河流水污染状况。This paper constructed a hydro ecological regulation model of dam projects in the lower reaches of urban river based on the water balance model and geomorpholog^^-based hydrological model(GBHM),using data collected from the river watershed.Stochastic simulation of river water regulation was performed and an optimal water regulation scheme of dam projects was developed with the goals of improving water quality environment in the river.The results show-that the proposed optimal regulation scheme of dam projects by taking into consideration the impacts of climate change and human activities in the whole watershed on water quantity and quality can improve the river water environment.
