摘 要:为进一步探讨筒装料管道水力输送过程中管道双车在不同车间距下缝隙螺旋流流场特性,采用模型试验、理论分析相结合的方法,对双车间距分别为10、30、50、70、90 cm工况条件下管道双车中的后车缝隙螺旋流流场特性进行了研究。试验采用两个相同型号的管道车模型在水平有机玻璃圆管内完成,流量恒定控制为30 m^3/h。研究结果表明:管道双车合理间距为50~70 cm;车中断面轴向速度极差与管道双车间距相关性较大,车间距越大,极差越小,并逐渐趋于稳定,而轴向速度上界与间距无关;切向速度比轴向速度小,切向速度的不均匀系数比轴向速度的大。In order to further explore the piped hydraulic transportation technology of Tube-Contained material,the flow field characteristics of the annular spiral flow in the rear vehicle of dual piped cars under different spacing were discussed.In this paper,model experiments and theoretical analysis were combined,the flow field characteristics of annular spiral flow in the rear vehicle of dual cars were studied with the different spacing of 10 cm,30 cm,50 cm,70cm and 90cm respectively.The test was carried out by using tw-o identical piped car models in horizontal organic glass tube with constant flow control of 30 m 3/h.The results show that the reasonable spacing between the dual cars is 5070cm.The axial velocity range in the middle section of the rear car is closely related to the spacing,the larger the spacing,the smaller the range and then tends to be stable,the upper bound of the axial velocity is independent of the spacing.The tangential velocity is 1-2 orders of magnitude,which is smaller than the axial velocity and the non-uniform coefficient of tangential velocity is larger than that of axial velocity.
