摘  要:提出一种单激励发射接收式阵列涡流传感器模型。在对该传感器进行原理分析的基础上,通过有限元仿真分析及实验验证了该阵列涡流传感器在扫描铝板表面及下表面裂纹过程中9个检测线圈对裂纹长度进行定量的能力;并且采用聚类分析方法对9个检测线圈按灵敏度进行分类。再通过对各个检测线圈的检测数据进行数据融合,减小误差,提高了该阵列涡流传感器的检测精度。A single-excitation transmission and reception array eddy current sensor model was presented.Based on the principle analysis of the sensor,the finite element simulation analytical and experimental results verify the capability of nine detection coils to measure the crack length during the scanning aluminum plate surface and the lower surface by the array eddy current sensor.The sensitivity of nine detection coils was classified by cluster analysis.By data fusion of the detection data of each detection coil,the error is reduced,and the detection accuracy of the array eddy current sensor is improved.
