摘 要:针对目前我国在建筑施工机械领域提出的绿色智能化要求,结合现阶段钢筋调直切断机整体技术发展水平,采用层次分析法建立钢筋调直切断机的能效指标体系.对该体系进行判断矩阵的建立、一致性验证并最终求得各层次指标权重值.利用数值计算法对部分相互对立的评价因素进行整合计算,对整体评价结果起到辅助作用.依据该理论列举了工程应用实例,提出最终分析评价结果,为建立钢筋加工机械绿色评价、能效考核方法提供理论依据.For the current China in the field of construction machinery proposed green intelligent requirements,and combined with the current level of the development of steel bar straightening and cutting machine,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to establish evaluation index system of energy efficiency index of straightening cutter,and the judgment matrix is established,the consistency was validated,and the each level index weight value was figured out ultimately,and the numerical calculation method is used to integrate the evaluation factors of some opposing objects,it’s play a supporting role on the overall evaluation of the results.According to the theory,the engineering application examples are listed,and the final analysis and evaluation results are put forward.The theoretical basis for the green evaluation and energy efficiency evaluation methods of the steel processing machinery are put forward.
