摘 要:针对基于反电动势过零点检测法控制的无位置传感器无刷直流电机需要根据转速延时换相,而目前所使用的转速估计方法精度较低,导致电机的换相点偏离最佳换相点,造成电机运转不平稳、有较大的噪声和振动,提出一种新型的转速估计方法,这种方法不受环境温度变化的影响,可以提高电机转速的估计精度,确保换相准确,使电机运转平稳,并通过仿真和实际试验验证了这种方法的准确性。Commutation of the sensorless brushless DC motor used control method based on the back-EMF zerocrossing detection needs to be delayed according to the speed,but the accuracy of the speed according to currently used method of estimation is low,which causes the commutation point of the motor deviates from the best commutation point,so as to result in that the motor does not run smoothly and has large noise and vibration.A novel speed estimation method was proposed,which was not affected by the change of environmental temperature,could improve the estimation accuracy of motor speed,ensured commutation accuracy and made the motor run smoothly.The accuracy of the method is verified through simulations and actual experiments.
