摘　　要：为进一步提高政府医养结合养老服务供给水平,基于政府绩效评价理论和东莞市绩效评价实践,通过政策梳理、理论研究和实证分析的方法,从相关性、效率性、效果性、公平性和可持续性等五个维度建构社区居家养老医养结合服务四级评价指标体系,以期对全国各城市开展社区居家养老医养结合服务绩效评价活动提供参考。In order to further improve the level of government medical and old-age service supply,based on the government performance evaluation theory and Dongguan performance evaluation practice,through policy combing,theoretical research and empirical analysis methods,From the fi ve dimensions of relevance,effi ciency,eff ectiveness,fairness and sustainability,we construct a four-level evaluation index system of community residential medical-support services for old-age care,in order to provide reference for the performance evaluation activities of community medical-support services for old-age care carried out in cities across the country.
