摘  要:为了准确获得油田回注水中细菌含量信息,应用现代分子生物学技术对胜利油田注入水中细菌群落结构进行了分析。结果表明,注入水中含有细菌约200~400个属,古菌约有20个属;根据油田注入水标准所列出的三大类细菌特点,比较了MPN分析方法和现代分子生物学分析方法对油田注入水的分析结果,发现两者差异巨大,其中采用MPN分析方法获得的结果与实际细菌含量相差很大,建议不要把注入水标准中的细菌指标作为考核指标,而要加强对悬浮物和腐蚀速率分析的考核。In order to accurately obtain information of bacterial content in oilfield reinjection water,the bacterial community structure in the injected water of Shengli Oilfield is analyzed by the modern molecular biology technology.The results show that there are about 200 to 400 genera of bacteria and about 20 genera of archaea in the injected water.According to the characteristics of three major types of bacteria listed in the oilfield injection water standard,the analyzed results of oilfield injected water come from the MPN analysis method and the modern molecular biology analysis method are compared and found a great difference.The results obtained by the MPN analysis method are too different from the actual bacterial numbers.It is suggested that the bacterial indexes in the water injection standard should no longer be used as assessment indicators,while the assessment of suspension solids and corrosion rate should be enhanced.
