摘  要:随着大庆油田进入开发后期,原油产量逐年递减,管道大多处于低输量运行状态。为保证大庆油田R区块A—B段含蜡原油管道在低输量下安全、经济地运行,根据管道主要运行参数,设计了掺水输送、新建加热站输送和正反输三套安全保障方案,确定了各方案主要设备型号。综合考虑管道运行能耗费用和建设投资费用,最终优选出掺水输送作为大庆油田含蜡原油管道低输量运行安全保障方案,即首站外输含水原油至末站、扩建末站污水站、剩余污水在污水站处理后就地回注方案。研究成果对含蜡原油管道低输量安全保障方案的提出具有一定的指导意义。As the development of Daqing Oilfield has entered into the later period,its crude oil production decreases year by year,and most pipelines are in the state of low throughput.In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the A-B section of the waxy crude oil pipeline in R Block of Daqing Oilfield,three sets of safety guarantee schemes of transportation by mixing water,transportation by adding new heating stations and transportation by forward and back pumping are designed according to the main operating parameters of pipelines,and the main equipment models of each scheme are determined.Considering the energy consumption cost of pipeline operation and the construction investment cost,transportation by mixing water is selected as the low throughput operation safety guarantee scheme for the waxy crude oil pipeline in Daqing Oilfield,namely the scheme that water cut crude oil is transported from the first station to the terminal station,the sewage station in the terminal station is extended,and the remaining sewage is re-injected on the spot after treatment in sewage stations.The research results have a certain guiding significance for the proposal of the low throughput safety guarantee scheme for waxy crude oil pipelines.
