摘 要:中国石油庆阳石化分公司催化裂化装置采用湿法烟气脱硫技术对尾气进行净化处理。净化后废水经PTU装置处理外排,但出水水质很不稳定。针对这一问题,采用单因素试验方法,分析装置工艺机理及运行参数。通过投加助凝剂聚合硫酸铝、絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺、调节pH值,以及提高氧化罐非净化风通量等方式对含盐废水处理效果进行了分析,实验结果表明:在pH值8~8.5,温度52℃,水力停留时间14 h的条件下,投加聚合硫酸铝20 g/L,聚丙烯酰胺3.0 g/L时,悬浮物的去除效果最好,可降至70 mg/L以下;将氧化罐的通风量控制在750 m^3/h以上,可使COD将至60 mg/L以下。In order to get clean regenerated flue gas with little SOX,CNPC Qingyang Petrochemical Company adopt a wet flue gas desulfurization technology(WGS)for FCC Unit.After the purification,the Sewage is treated by the PTU device,but the quality of effluent Sewage is very unstable.To solve this problem,the single factor method was used to analyze the process mechanism and operating parameters of PTU device.The results were analyzed by adding the coagulant polymerized aluminum sulfate(PAS),flocculant polyacrylamide(PAM),adjusting the pH value,and improving the non-purifying wind flux of the oxidation tank.The experimental results showed that when the polymerization was carried out at the pH of 8-8.5,the temperature of 52℃and the hydraulic retention time of 14h,and the polyacrylamide was 30g/L,the polyacrylamide was 3.0g/L,the removal efficiency of the suspended matter was the best,it could be reduced to 70mg/L,the non-purifying wind flux of the oxidation tank control in the 750m3/h or more,can reduce COD to 60mg/L.
