摘 要:机械采油系统能耗约占油田总能耗的一半以上,是油田生产能耗重要组成部分。为了开展萨北油田机采井系统的能耗挖潜工作,以实际情况为基础,对区域内机采系统能耗影响因素进行分析,确定抽油机采油系统是节能降耗的关键,因此提高抽油机井系统效率对降低机采系统能耗,提升油田综合效益具有十分重要意义。针对目前的实际状况,提出了切实可行的应对方法,可提高萨北油田机械采油系统效率,为油田稳产提供技术支持。The energy consumption of mechanical oil recovery system accounts for more than half of the total energy consumption of oil field,which is an important part of energy consumption in oil field production.In order to develop the energy consumption of machine production well system in Sabei oilfield,it is based on the actual situation.The factors affecting the energy consumption of the mechanical mining system in the region are analyzed,and the extraction is determined.Oil recovery system is the key to saving energy and reducing consumption.Therefore,it is very important to improve the efficiency of pumping well system to reduce energy consumption and improve the comprehensive benefit of oil field.In this paper,a feasible method is put forward,which can improve the efficiency of mechanical oil recovery system in Sabei Oilfield and provide technical support for stable production of oil field.
