齿条式抽油机在油田试验效果研究

摘  要:常规游梁式抽油机是油田生产主要设备,但是运动不平稳、能耗大,存在着平衡效果差、电动机工作电流波动大、冲程长度受限等问题,已经不能满足油田生产需求,针对低渗透油田生产实际应用的齿条抽油机的情况,分析了试验齿条机结构特点及工作原理,环形齿条抽油机采用由小齿轮的单向旋转驱动长环形齿条上下运动,并带动滑块做上下往复运动,从而实现抽油动作。最后根据现场监测得到电能参数进行准确分析,综合节电率可达13.66%。Conventional beam pumping unit is the main equipment of oil field production,but the motion is not stable,energy consumption is large,there is a balance effect,electric motor operating current fluctuations,stroke length is limited,and can not meet the needs of oil field production,analysis of the characteristics and working principle of the rack and pinion,the ring rack pumping unit is driven by a small gear,and driven by the slider to do up and down reciprocating motion,so as to achieve pumping oil.According to the field monitoring,the electric energy parameters can be accurately analyzed and the important conclusions are obtained.
