摘 要:针对加热炉低效高耗的现状,通过对油田加热炉能效分级测试及现有评价方法存在问题的分析,重点研究了加热炉三级测试的能效评价指标及其限值和评价方法。考虑负荷率对加热炉能效的影响,确定了热效率、排烟温度、空气系数、环表温差等4项评价指标及其限值和评价方法。在此基础上,基于VC++平台,开发了加热炉能效评价系统,主要可实现加热炉能效的评价与优化分析。现场应用效果表明,研究确定的评价指标、限值和评价方法能够切实反映并合理评价加热炉的能效水平,相应的优化措施和建议对加热炉的提效工作具有一定的指导意义。For the current situation of low efficiency and high consumption of heating furnace,and through the analysis of the energy efficiency classification test of oilfield heating furnace and the existing problems in the method of evaluation,focuses on the indicators of energy efficiency evaluation,limit values and evaluated methods of the three-level test of the heating furnace.Taking into consideration the influence of the load rate on the energy efficiency of the heating furnace,four evaluation indicators such as thermal efficiency,exhaust gas temperature,air coefficient,and ring surface temperature difference,and their limits and evaluated methods were determined.On this basis,the energy efficiency evaluation system of heating furnace was developed based on the VC++platform,which can mainly achieve the evaluation and optimization analysis of the energy efficiency of the furnace.The field application results show that the indicators of evaluation,limit values and evaluated methods determined in this study can effectively reflect and reasonably evaluate the energy efficiency level of the heating furnace.The corresponding measures of optimization and suggestions are guiding significance for the efficiency improvement of the heating furnace.
