摘　　要：习近平总书记关于体育工作重要论述体现出体育精神传承与体育创新发展相统一的历史维度,体育交流与对外展示中国形象相统一的世界维度,体育促进个人发展的价值观与体育强国、"中国梦"相统一的价值维度,内在价值认知与外在实践要求相统一的实践维度,4个维度分别从纵向、横向、内向、外向4个层面出发,构建出一个完整的思想体系。这一思想体系所蕴含的新的体育理念、新的体育思维、新体育价值观、新体育实践观是引领中国特色体育发展和深化的重要理论动力,正在对竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、体育文化、体育外交等各个方面产生深远影响。General secretary Xi Jin-ping’s important speeches on sports work embody the historical dimension in the unification of the sportsmanship inheritance and the innovative development of the sports,the world dimension in the unification of the sports exchange and the international communication of the Chinese image,the value dimension in the unification of the value that the sports serve personal development a world sports power and"China Dream",and the practice dimension in the unification of intrinsic value cognition and external practice requirement,the four dimensions build a complete ideological system from vertical aspect,horizontal aspect,internal aspect and external aspect.The new sports idea,new sports thinking,new sports values and new sports practices embodied in it have profound influence on competitive sports,mass sports,sports industry,sports culture,sports diplomacy and other aspects.
