摘　　要：为分析隧道加强型机械化施工管理及施工效果对于隧道安全快速高效施工的重要意义,通过对加强型机械化与普通型机械化施工管理及施工效果的对比分析,综合考虑施工管理层、施工设备及作业线班组配置等因素,得出:加强型机械化施工组织体系运用已初见成效,施工组织管理体系分工明确,同时提高了隧道施工工效,加快了隧道施工进度,施工人员的人身安全也能够得到保障。The analysis of strengthened mechanized construction management and construction efficiency of tunnel is very important to safe,rapid and high-efficient tunnel construction.Hence,the factors,e.g.construction management,construction equipment and operation line team configuration,etc,are considered.It is concluded that:(1)The strengthened mechanized construction management begins to take effect.(2)The construction organization management system is with distinct components.(3)The construction efficiency has been improved,the construction schedule has been shortened,and the safety of the construction personnel has been guaranteed.
