摘  要:造纸烘干部尾气具有气量大、湿度高、恶臭浓度高等特点,根据不断出台的环保政策,需要同时进行除臭和消白处理。本文介绍了一种烘干部尾气消白除臭一体化系统及处理工艺,通过"底部换热+喷淋除臭+除雾+再热"联合工艺,将4个功能单元集中于一个喷淋换热塔中,占地面积小,除臭效果好,达到烟气彻底消白的效果。The drying section of paper machines could create large amount of exhausted gas featured by huge volume,high humidity and odor concentration.According to the improving environmental protection policies,deodorization and defogging is demanded for this part of exhausted gas.In this paper,a system integrating both deodorization and defogging units and its treatment process were introduced.Combining bottom heat exchange,spraying deodorization,droplets removal,and reheating in a single spraying tower with small land occupation,this system can finally achieve high deodorization removal rate and thorough fog elimination.
