改造蔗渣浆生产线用于生产漂白桉木板皮浆的实践

摘　　要：对以蔗渣为原料的生产线进行设备改造和工艺调整,主要分为蒸煮设备的改造和制浆工艺的调整。对于蒸煮设备的改造具体体现在水力洗草机、草片泵、预蒸螺旋以及喂料螺旋的改造上。制浆工艺的调整又分为蒸煮工艺和漂白工艺的优化。在蒸煮工艺中对浓度、蒸煮时间、温度以及用碱量进行优化,另外对漂白工艺也进行了优化调整。经过大量的实践总结,成功地利用现有的蔗渣生产线生产出白度83.5%以上的漂白桉木板皮浆。There are mainly two major methods for the optimization of bagasse pulp bleaching,including cooking equipment modification as well as pulping process adjustment.Cooking equipment modification is mainly applied to hydraulic washing machine,grass blade pump,pre-cooking screw and feeding screw.Pulping process adjustment includes the optimization of cooking process as well as bleaching process.For the cooking process,the concentration,cooking duration,temperature and alkali addition are optimized.And the bleaching process is also optimized either.After a lot of practice,bleached eucalyptus veneer pulp with over 85%brightness was successfully produced through the existing bagasse production line,which realized successful application of eucalyptus veneer in the process.It reduced the production cost and also improved the competitiveness of pulp and paper enterprises.
