中间相与复合射孔技术在南海东部油田解堵中的应用研究

摘  要:南海东部某油田一口水平井投产后油井产能偏低,表现出产能不足的动态特征。该井在钻井过程遭遇断层,泥浆大量漏失,采用堵漏材料进行堵漏。通过分析泥浆成分、堵漏材料及油井生产动态,认为油基泥浆和堵漏材料造成了地层严重污染,后续连续油管酸化又造成了二次污染。要恢复油井产能,必须消除地层污染,连通地层与井筒渗流通道。中间相技术是利用表面活性剂在两相界面之间的相互作用,加速地层污染物的溶解,修复油井产能。通过分析与实验,中间相技术能加速地层污染物溶解,复合射孔可以重新建立连通井筒与地层的渗流通道,同时定向射孔可以避免射穿顶部泥岩造成地层出泥。通过中间相与复合射孔技术的联合应用,该水平井污染问题得以解决,油井采液指数从7m^3/d/MPa提高到1100m^3/d/MPa,日产油量从30m^3/d提高到50m^3/d,累计增油达到2.5万方,提高了油井产能,取得了较好的增油效果。该技术的成功应用,对南海东部海域其他油井解堵具有一定的推广意义。After a horizontal well of an oilfield in the eastern South China Sea was put into operation,the productivity of the well is low,which shows the dynamic characteristics of insufficient production capacity.During drilling,the well encountered faults and lost a lot of mud,and plugging materials were used for plugging.Based on the analysis of mud composition,plugging materials and production performance of oil wells,it is believed that oil-based mud and plugging materials have caused serious formation pollution and subsequent acidizing of coiled tubing has caused secondary pollution.In order to restore the productivity of oil well,it is necessary to eliminate the formation pollution and connect the seepage passage between the formation and the wellbore.Mesophase technology refers to the use of the interaction between surfactants at the two-phase interface to accelerate the dissolution of formation pollutants and repair the productivity of oil well.Through analysis and experiments,the mesophase technology can accelerate the dissolution of formation pollutants,the composite perforation can reestablish the seepage passage connecting the wellbore with the formation,and at the same time the directional perforation can prevent the formation mud from being produced by shooting through the top mudstone.Through the combined application of the intermediate phase and the composite perforation technology,the pollution problem of the horizontal well was solved.The fluid production index of the oil well increased from 7m3/d/MPa to1100m3/d/MPa,and the daily oil production increased from 30m3/d to 50 m3/d,which increased the cumulative oil of 25,000 cubic meters,improved the oil well productivity and achieved good oil increase effect.The successful application of this technology has certain popularization significance for removing plugging of other oil wells in the eastern sea area of the South China Sea.
