摘  要:工业锅炉烟气湿法脱硫技术日益成熟。氧化镁法在相同的脱硫效率下,其脱硫剂用量较少,运行费用较低,但脱硫副产物需进一步处理;钠钙双碱法具有吸收剂不挥发、溶解度大、活性高、吸收系统不堵塞等优点,适合于烟气SO2浓度比较高的废气处理;石灰石法液气比大,脱硫设施占地大。Wet flue gas desulfurization technology for industrial boilers is maturing day by day.Under the same desulfurization efficiency,magnesium oxide method uses less desulfurizer and has lower operating cost,but the desulfurization byproduct needs further treatment.Sodiumcalcium double alkali method has the advantages of non-volatile absorbent,large solubility,high activity and non-blocking absorption system,and is suitable for waste gas treatment with relatively high SO2 concentration in flue gas.Limestone method has a large liquid-gas ratio and desulfurization facilities cover a large area.
