关于汽车组合仪表透明罩成像问题的快速校核及解决方案

摘　　要：在做整车造型CAS校核时,大多情况下会对仪表透明罩表做来自于前后风挡、天窗以及侧窗的光线的反光校核,而对周边物体在透明罩上成像的问题往往容易忽略。文章以驾驶员的裤子在某车的仪表透明罩上成像为例,提出了一种在数据阶段快速校核成像的方法,并对原因进行了理论分析,提出相应解决方案,可作为以后总布置正向开发的一个参考。During CAS checking,engineers mostly pay attention to identifying whether the lens cover of cluster will glister or not under the light from windows of car.And neglect the possibility that the surrounding items may reflect images on the lens cover.This article takes the example from a car in which driver’s pants are reflected on the cluster lens cover,proposes a method to rapidly check the imaging in the data stage,and analyzes the reason and puts forward the corresponding solution,which can be used as a reference for future development of package.
